We send out a weekly Email Flier containing sales, new item announcements, and other specials, many of which can only be found on our web site. If you would like to receive this flier, click here.

This is an Opt-In email and once you submit your email address, you will receive an email, at the address you supplied, to which you must respond. Once you have verified your email address, you will begin receiving our flier within the next week.

We do not make your email address available to other companies.

Having Problems Ordering Online. . .

The most common problem when ordering online is that your browser may not be configured properly.  Sometimes the security settings of your browser are set too high and this can prevent your order from being processed.  If you are having problems adding items to the shopping-cart, we can try to help you adjust your browser settings.

Call our customer service line at 800-644-2442 and ask for the web-site manager.  Our support hours are from 10:00am to 4:30pm EST.  Please be at your computer, online, and at our web-site so we can quickly try to solve your ordering problem.

Offline Catalog Order Form. . .

Don't feel comfortable ordering online or you lost the Order Form that came with your catalog? We have a solution.

Using the Web-Site, select the items you wish to purchase as if you were going to submit your order online. When going through the Checkout Process,  complete parts 1 thru 4.  Then, print part 4 using the print command of your browser and use the form as a guide to call-in your order to our customer order line at 800-222-1613. Quick, simple and safe.

Incorrect Image. . .

With so many items online, sometimes the image does not match the description.  We apologize for these errors and will correct them as soon as we are able however, we can only honor the price to the description, not the image.

If you find an error, please let us know.  Click here to report an image error.  Please include the item # that is shown incorrectly. Thanks for the help.

Shipping & Handling. . .

Occasionally, due to unanticipated demand, we may not have your entire order available for immediate shipping. When this occurs, we reorder the missing items and notify you immediately of the delay. Only shipped merchandise will be charged to your credit card, however the S&H total is charged when the first item is shipped. Additional shipments under the original order do not accrue extra shipping charges.

Sales Tax. . .

Pennsylvania residents must include all applicable state sales taxes of 6%. Shipping and Handling charges are also taxable.

International Orders. . .

Additional freight charges will be added to your order based on the weight and destination. All international orders are shipped via USPS International. For the exact charges, you may call Customer Service at 610-644-2442 (9:00am to 4:30pm EST), fax to 610-889-9549 or email us.

Please note that any customs transactions will be your responsibility. Street address and telephone number are required. Some Carriers will not deliver to a PO Box or an APO/FPO.

Our Guarantee. . .

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit, or a full refund within 30 days. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for refunds. For credit card orders, please allow 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear. Not responsible for printer’s errors. All orders are subject to availability, all prices subject to change. No adjustments after 30 days.

If you do not wish to receive our catalogs, email us, and type "Please remove me from your catalog list". Type your name, address, and tracking code exactly as they appears on the catalog mailing label. Your name and address will be removed from our mailing list. Please note that you may receive 1 or 2 more catalogs as they may already be in the process of being mailed when you make your request.
